Justin studied real estate at the University of Colorado Boulder. Instead of waiting years for a seat at someone else's table, he took what he learned and built his own. That became Summit Land Investments.
His mission is simple: make selling land fair and easy, and help builders find the lots they need.
Outside of work, Justin is a huge skier and is always planning the next trip. You will usually find him on an adventure road trip with his dog Deo, out biking, fishing or camping, and meeting new people wherever he goes.
Justin's first business was a lawn care company he started as a kid. It taught him early what still drives Summit today: find a real need, show up, do what you said you would and treat every customer right.
That mindset carried him from his first customers to CU Boulder and into building his own real estate company before most people his age have closed a deal.
Justin got started in real estate young and with little experience. Most people in that spot never get a real shot, because every opportunity seems to require experience they have not had the chance to get.
Summit exists in part to change that. We want to give driven people with little or no real estate background the chance to get hands on experience early: researching land, pricing parcels, talking with owners and builders, and seeing real deals come together.
